Who can join

You must be 18 or older. One account can hold more than one quiz. You are responsible for every quiz saved on it.

The account

You sign in with an email or a phone number, plus a password. A phone number is only the sign-in name. Uncanted does not text a code. You keep the password. The country you choose is used only to average completed quizzes. It is not shown with your name.

What Uncanted is

Uncanted is a placement quiz and two atlases. It is not legal advice, not campaign advice, and not a prediction of how you or anyone else will vote. Congressional places use roll-call scores. The 2026 Federal Elections chart uses the public program of the party line, not a personal voting record. Leader and president places are an editorial reading of the public record.

Prices

Any charge is the amount shown on the checkout screen, and only there. It is a one-time charge. Nothing renews. A full reading includes country averages and removes ads. Country averages alone leave the ads in place. If you already have the averages, checkout offers only the rest of the reading. A promo code, when accepted, grants that same full reading on the account. It is not a payment and not a refund. The first quiz on an account is included. An additional quiz is a separate charge, shown at its own checkout. A reading already bought stays unlocked for every quiz on the account. Country averages use only the first finished quiz on an account.

No refunds

A purchase is a digital view. It is delivered as soon as it is paid. All sales are final. Uncanted does not refund a reading, the country averages, the upgrade, or an additional quiz. You agree to that before you pay. Asking a bank to reverse the charge is not a substitute for a refund Uncanted does not offer.

A name sent with a result

If you choose to send your name and an email address or phone number with a quiz result, we store them together with your quiz answers, the page you came from, and how long the quiz took. We use them to confirm that results come from real people and not bots. We do not email or text anyone, and we do not sell or share these details.

Uncanted keeps those details until you email uncanted1@gmail.com and ask for them to be deleted. There is no delete button, and they are not deleted on a timer. Uncanted does not store the IP address with them.

Ads and privacy

People who have not bought the full reading may see a Google AdSense unit. Political and religious categories are blocked in that account. Google does not guarantee every ad will be caught. The privacy page says what is stored. Privacy.

Your use of the site

Do not break the site or scrape it to resell the charts. Do not use an account that is not yours unless the account holder asked you to take a quiz on it. Uncanted can close an account that breaks these terms. Closing an account does not refund a purchase already delivered.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. Scores, charts, and likeness percents can be wrong, incomplete, or later revised. Uncanted does not promise a particular result, a particular match, or that the site will be available without interruption.

Limits on claims

To the extent the law allows, Uncanted is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and any claim about the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid Uncanted for that purchase. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limit is the strongest one the law allows.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If a court sets one part aside, the rest stays. These terms are the whole agreement about the account and a purchase.

Changes and contact

Uncanted can update these terms. The version you accept is the version shown when you create the account. The time of that acceptance is stored with the account. Customer service is by email at the address on the contact page.
