The account

If you create an account, Uncanted stores the email or phone you used to sign in, a password hash, the country you chose, your quiz answers, and whether you have paid. The password is not stored in a form anyone can read. A phone number is only the sign-in name. Uncanted does not text it. Only the first finished quiz on an account is included in a country average. Uncanted does not sell quiz answers.

A name sent with a result

If you choose to send your name and an email address or phone number with a quiz result, we store them together with your quiz answers, the page you came from, and how long the quiz took. We use them to confirm that results come from real people and not bots. We do not email or text anyone, and we do not sell or share these details.

Uncanted keeps those details until you email uncanted1@gmail.com and ask for them to be deleted. There is no delete button, and they are not deleted on a timer. Uncanted does not store the IP address with them.

How long data is kept

Answers in this browser stay until you clear this site’s data in the browser. An account, its quizzes, the country you chose, and the paid flag are kept until you ask for them to be deleted, or until the account is closed under the terms. Uncanted does not delete them on a timer.

How to delete your account and data

There is no delete button on the site. Email uncanted1@gmail.com from the address on the account and ask for the account and its data to be deleted. That request covers the sign-in, the password hash, the quizzes, the country, the placement used in a country average, and the paid flag. A deleted account is taken out of the country average. Clearing the browser removes only the copy stored on that device.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Uncanted does not store your card number. It stores a flag on the account for whether a reading or the country averages have been paid for. When you pay for an additional quiz, Uncanted also stores the Stripe checkout session id, so that one payment is not applied twice. Stripe’s policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

Ads and cookies

Until a full reading is unlocked, pages may load a Google AdSense script. Country averages alone do not remove it. A full reading does not load the script. Google may set a cookie to choose and measure an ad. Political and religious ad categories are blocked in the AdSense account. Google does not guarantee every creative will be caught.

Visitors whose connection is in the EU, EEA, or the UK see a choice before any advertising or measurement script loads. That includes Google AdSense and the X measurement snippet. Accept allows them. Reject keeps them off. The choice is stored in this browser. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the choice. Visitors elsewhere do not see that message first. Anyone can use Cookie settings to reject those cookies afterward. You can also opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com. Google’s policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

If you sign in, the site sets a session cookie so the account stays signed in. Rejecting advertising cookies does not sign you out. A browser Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out of any sale or sharing and of ad personalization. When that signal is on, Uncanted does not load the advertising script or the X snippet, even if advertising cookies were accepted.

Your state privacy rights

If you live in a US state that gives residents privacy rights, you can email uncanted1@gmail.com to ask what personal information Uncanted has about you, to ask for a copy, to ask for a correction, or to ask for deletion. Uncanted does not sell quiz answers. A Global Privacy Control signal is honored as an opt-out of sale, sharing, and ad personalization. The Cookie settings link is the other way to refuse advertising cookies on this site.
